I picked up some tape games for the Amstrad CPC and the ZX Spectrum the other day. They came in this carrier bag. Who remembers Laskys? I remember there being one in Charter Place in Watford when I was a lad.

I picked up some tape games for the Amstrad CPC and the ZX Spectrum the other day. They came in this carrier bag. Who remembers Laskys? I remember there being one in Charter Place in Watford when I was a lad.
Those were the days. Laskeys, Tandy, WH Smith all with their brand new computer sections. The smell of new carpet and the new computers all lined up.
Those were the days! An Apple IIE next to a Camputers Lynx in Laskys, then a ViC-20, ZX Spectrum 16k, and then my favourite, an Amstrad CPC-464. On the corner of the Queensmere shopping centre in Slough.
